We would like to help you boost your confidence on the telephone with these two ideas:
If you have a lower level of English (A2 – B1) or are not up-to-speed with the basics of telephoning in English, then we recommend an e-learning course which teaches you the bare necessities. For oral practise you will also have a trainer helping you along in the course, who will phone you once a week for 25 minutes and do telephone dialogues with you.
For more advanced learners, who are already competent on the telephone but who would like further training, you can enrol for telecoaching. You will provide your trainer with scenarios which will then be practised in a weekly 25 minute telephone call. Written feedback will also be provided by email.
